I went to Clicks Store in Columbine Square to purchase stationery for my kids, when i got to the store i went to the first person i met to assist me with the list i had for stationery. While i was explaining to the lady things i wanted a certain black/African old/matured gentleman appeared and he started speaking in broken English that this lady should not assist us and he said he was going to find us another person to assist us. I tried to explain to him that im in a hurry and I don't have time to wait for another person he should just assist us as this was my lunch break and had to go back to work.
He dismissed me by ignoring me and speaking to another guy who was busy with other duties and couldn't assist us immediately.
I find the behavior of this old man very childish and unprofessional; I didn't expect a person of his age to behave in that manner to a customer whom he doesn't even know. I am a customer and have nothing to do with his issues or fragile ego; I need a service and not some stupid people messing up my day because they have/had a bad day.

Over the Moon: I got a call from a very humble and professional gentleman (Bheki) from Clicks Columbine, he apologised on behalf of management and Clicks and offered me a gift. I collected the gift today.
