Apparently we can't pay with coins!

Yesterday late after work, we went to clicks with my friend to get medication, I decided to get baby spoons and seeing that they were R17,99, i decided to pay cash, I had R10.00 in my wallet but I have a coin bag, so i told my friend that I was gonna use the coins. The cashier told us rudely that at that time we can't be serious about using coins. I found it to be so disrespectful as I wasn't talking to her and I have every right to pay with whatever money I have despite what time it is. And to think that at one point when I used my gold cheque card, I was then again asked at the same store if it was mine. Like really, is this what my shopping experience at clicks will be? And I actually love their products but the staff there needs a lot of training when it comes to custoner service. SMH

Quite Impressed: The management both from the branch and head office assured me that it wont happen again and I'm glad that they went out of their way to make sure that the matter was dealt with accordingly.
