Airtime

I bought a Vodacom recharge voucher at Clicks today and i misplaced the recharge voucher. I phoned Clicks and they gave me the voucher number and they said they i can call Vodacom and give them the voucher number and Voda will load my airtime. I call Vodacom and they tell me that this is not the case and that i must go back to Clicks and Clicks must give me another recharge pin because Vodacom allows Clicks to do that if the voucher number shows that it hasn't been used. The voucher number is still active and hasn't been used. I need my airtime please. PS. Aunty Soda from Canal Walk needs lessons on customer service. She told me that i should come into the store and ask the cashier what she did with my voucher. Really? How can a superviser say something like that. I need that airtime.
