HEADLINE	Want a credit for the PrePaid Meter Purchased
Purchased a Pre Paid Meter on the 27-01-2011, to date it has not been installed. Want a credit for the amount paid R3195-00 as the house is Sold and the new Owners do not want a PrePaid meter. Receipt Number 32101, my account number 503969264. Have called numerous times only to be told that I need to contact a different department. I WANT A REFUND!!!
