| On Monday I got an sms to say City power was coming to install a prepaid meter the next day. The sms said that if no one was home my power was be disconnected!!!!!! So I took the day off work-needless to say no one came-when I managed after many attempts to contact City Power they told me they have 7 crews and although I had the men's names on the sms they said they could not help me and I should phone the 2 cell nos on the sms which I tried to do all day-the one just said -too busy to answer and the other just played a long song then cut off. What kind of service is this and why threaten to disconnect me if no one was home without checking with me first- GREAT SERVICE-NOT!!!!! | |||
