I have log fault from last night with the following reference number CPWEB95018 at 23H04 (27062011) nlast night. Since that time until now we have no electricity and this morning I saw an sms with the following notification, that the fault is resolved customer not at home. How do you closed a fault because the customer because the customer is not at there?. Where will I go at midnight, I was at home and why didn't they phone me on my cellphone. Try again to call another faults with (CPWEB95041, CPWEB95086, CPWEB95020). Is that a world class service offerred from your company. We always have serious service issues from you guys. Again I have logged another fault at 06H37am (28062011) with the following reference CPWEB95041 and no respond from your people. I have tried to call your call Centre still no reply only the music plays. What kind of service are you supplying to the community. We are sick and tired of this pathetic service. This issue must be propertly investigated that its a continous issue, very time its only my house from the whole street that does not have electricity. Again at 10:05, I have log another fault CPWEB95090 still no respond or supply of electric |
