| I live in Pennyvile. On the night Monday the 6th of june the area lost power, something wich happens frequently. I went to work on tuesday without power. I came back after work and the area had power back. My flat had no power. When this happens, we usually call the call center and a technician is sent within 4 hours to come fix it. Today is the 13th of june. the whole area has power except my flat. i have a ref no for my Wednesday call ( 211 529 3476 ) i called again on thurday and given a new ref no ( 211 532 8424 ). I called on friday and was told that technicians are not coming out due to the protest marches in Noordgesig. Friday afternoon i was told by a supervisor named brian that the technicians are now coming to our area and should be there by friday nite. a supervisor name collin promised to call me bac and im still waiting. today is monday, i called and spoke to brian again, he told me their computers are down and he would call me back in 10 minutes. it is not 3 in the afternoon and im still waiting for his call. im fed up with city power, i have had no power for a week now and this is pathetic. | |||
