| It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable that no -one answers the johannesburg city power call centre phone. last night our power went off at 6.30 in westdene. I tried every half hour and eventually even hour and finally got someone to answer the call at midnight! when I got through to an assistant they said the incident hadnt been reported yet. I said thats because no- one answers the call centre phone. I held on for an hour at one stage last night. once i had reported the fault it was sorted out within 2.5 hours. but to get THROUGH! why is it called a call centre if they dont take clients calls? | |||
