| Incompetant Call Centre adds to our problems. We reside in the Lenasia Area, Main Power Box Blew on Friday nite the 10 June at 6:30pm. We called City Power holding on 30 mins at a time and an hour at a time as their useless incompetant call centre agents do not pick up calls, even more frustrating as we do not have power and to still waste cell phone minutes airtime holding for these ****** to up on their side to assist us. After trying numerous times on Friday nite and the entire Saturday and nite and Sunday Morning - we only only managed to get hold of them about 9:00 am on sunday to actually relog a another task cause they could not even pick up task we had raised on saturday. they only came out after 2:30 in the afternoon. we had to put up with making a fire to bottle water for infants and child in the complex just to make their bottles. No Lights, No electricty to cook food, freezers - food gone off, what more and then they want us to pay exhorbatent electrity bills. | |||
