Electricity to Residence Disconnected

I came home on Thursday January 19th to find my power disconnected over a bill of R238. On contacting my landlord the amount was settled on the morning of Friday January 20th. Calls to City power to reconnect the service were met with a response that it takes 72 working days to reconnect (even though the disconnection card makes no mention of "working hours" & simply says 72 hours) . However by their own admission, power should have been restored latest Thursday January 26, but as I write this on Friday morning , there is still no sign of anyone from City Power. Repeated calls to them are still being met with the standard 72 hour pitch even though it is now 100hrs and counting. I am a single mother of a 14 month old infant and with no power it is only the actions of my kind hearted neighbour (who is allowing me prepare meals, baths & even wash my babies clothes at their house ) that is making sure my baby's health is not affected. Can anyone at City Power assist with this ?
