| Early in 2010 I received triple electricity charges for about three months, then I received electricity double charges for about three months, until today a comprehensive reconciliation has yet to be done even with many attempts to resolve this over the phone which just yields another reference number. Now I have a letter of demand stating that I must settle the account within 28 days. I am not in a position to pay for services not used, neither can I afford to pay for something that I have not used. Also to add to the problem my meters have not been officially read for almost two years now, I have tried phoning them through but they are not recorded and therefore never used and the estimates are getting out of hand Please city of Johannesburg sort out my problem which is actually your problem fault.
