good day my mother and them has had an electricity blackout now for more then 24hrs. She is a pensioner with a grandson at home that is only 2yrs old. She already spent over r200.00 airtime thus far to call through to jorrissen street on 011 375-5555 where hold on for hours and hours. i think this service is pethatic that is been given by city power especially the call centre. Please advise how long must children stay without food until city power and jorrissen sort out their issues. The ref 2115070659 7 2115066227. This is unacceptable that people are treated like this and when you speak to the call centre the staff have attitudes. |
