DISGUSTING SERVICE

To whom it may concern
I
’ve been trying to get through to your call centre since 09h00 this morning, no one answers the phone.Does your agents get paid for not answering the phone. This is DISGUTING SERVICE. I need to speak to a team leadermanager to assist with the billing problem.

Apparently we were handed over and therefore attorneys fees were charged to our bill.
Where is the Section 129 Letter of Demand, giving the client 30 days to call and make arrangements as per NCA (National Credit Act)Where is the attorneys letter informing us that we have been handed over and arrangements should be concluded?
Don’t tell me it was posted because we did not receive any letters. I would like to see copies of these letter, if it was sent.
Knowing your disgusting service you guys might even go so far to type the letters our upon reading this e-mail, that is if you ever read your emails and just back date the letters.I have never ever come across a service as disgusting as this. You guys are the Pitts.
