THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM POSTING THIS. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FORM THE CITY THAT SUPPOSEDLY WORKS FOR ME!!! I sold my house in June 2011. I am still waiting for my municipal rebate of R3007.04! I've faxed the documents through SEVEN times since then. I have phoned / emailed so many times I cannot count. I phoned again this morning and I am now told they have no forms from me! City of Cape Town takes your money so quickly, but when they have to refund you then they can't find documents, etc. I am tired of dealing with the call centre. No one there can assist me. I want my money back now!!! Two reference numbers I have been given over this lengthy time are 1003184645 and 100 323 2918?. The account number is134967481. Can someone please give me my money back!
