HEADLINE	Tender irregularities
City of Cape Town awarded a tender to a electrical contractor, afterwards it was found to be irregular and I took the matter to the High Court. It was found that their were irregularities and that the tender will be re-visited. This never happened. A temporary tender was awarded to the same contractor with increased prices. In the the meantime I already completed on a different tender under the same official. I am now not getting paid for this. Payment is outstanding for 1 year and 4 months. I have proof of more irregularities in the same department with the same contractor and official. I contacted Ms H Zille and she informed me that it is not her department. All City of Cape Town officials and Mr Nielsen (deputy mayor) were advised not to talk to me. I need to be heard for this matter is of the utmost importance.
