What is the City of Cape Town planning to do about the thousands of Somalis in the Bellville City. Has someone from your department been to Bellville lately? Are you aware that Bellville has been taken over by the Somalis. They run their businesses, yes fine, but they also live there by the hundreds. Is it allowed for people to use business premises as residential places as well. Why is there nothing done about the Somalis people. Many local businesses had to close and move because these people are ruthless, they go to the landlord and offer double what the other tenant is paying. They have taken over, built mansions to sell their wares. The City should do a cleanup in Bellville. You can’t even walk on the streets, these people are everywhere just standing and loitering. |
