In the beginning of 2011,a pipe burst on the municipalities side of a empty plot next to my house.I called the municipality,and the T-pipe was fixed.But sand went through my pipes and both my geysers got blocked. I took the claim to the Kraaifontein municipality and gave it to Ishmael who later lost the papers and again I gave it to a Melanie van der Merwe who also lost it a second time. I feel so frustrated with our city of cape town's terrible "you have no choice to struggle because there are no competition and we are the mighty government so just live with it"service. Now it's costing me money and time to go in again just to receive the poor service again. Swak,swak swak,is this how you work for a person like Helen Zille...swak!!You should be ashamed of yourself Kraaifonten,Melanie and Ishmael!!!Swak |
