| My Compliant goes about no feedback and emty promises made by a representitive from City. Since i reported my dissapointment with the call centre to the mayor's office on 5 January 2012. Hellourine contacted me the 6th to advise that she will get onto this enquiry and give me progress all the way. Since then i had to e-mail her or the mayor's office for feedback. To date i had no joy or progress in this regard. I was patient up to now, but emty promises and no feedback is not on. i want a limit implemented on the water usage at a residential adress provided to her. She did not know the process and promised that she would find out and come back to me but no feedback recieved yet. Water must be used sparingly but if City is not prepared to help, then i do not know. | |||
