| On the morning of 2011-12-21 I went outside to fetch my refuse bin to clean it,when I noticed that all the refuse bags was laying outside the refuse bin and torn open.All the refuse was scattered around and was busy decomposing.I was shocked to witness this,because the refuse truck was there to pick up waste,but was not interrested to make a effort or going the extra mile of cleaning this up.I also noticed another refuse bin belonging to a resident which was not even emptied.Lucky for me that I was at home to clean up the mess that was left for me before it could spread and being a health risk to others.I contacted the municipality to report this and being upset where the person on the other side also became upset and did not have telephone skills and not realizing the real problem I had.My refuse bin is full to top almost after putting back all the refuse.What to do with refuse for new week,I dont know.Maybe they should employ people who really needs work and go the extra mile.I took photos of this and will take matter further,even if I must go to the papers,because THIS CITY DONT WORK FOR US | |||
