**** Rude!!!

I received an ITC notification letter.  I then made an online payment to which i sent proof to the email address supplied on the letter, accounts@capetown.gov.za.  I then decided today to call the call centre to confirm if they received the payment confirmation.  To which I was told that call centre on the following number 0860103089 will not receive the email until a few days later.  What is the use of then adding an email address on the letter to which you will not get a response too?  I was then in any case told that I needed to go to a municipality office to make an arrangement to which I will have to pay 10% each month on my arrears. The agent told me the requirements before going to the offices.  To which I responded by asking and should I not have some of the information?  He then told me its not because of him that my account is in arrears, to which i said "excuse me", he replied, you are excused.  I am so ****** off right now!
