Charged for free eletricty

Had a eletricity prepaid meter installed in 2009.

Having purchased electricity today 22/11/2011 I noticed that there is a deduction of R4.11, and on a previous purchase R20.00 and the previous month R20.00.

I called the enquiries and they very happily told me it for the "lifeline" electricity that is being recouped.

OK three years later? Why am I as consumer not notified in good time?


Surely there must be a line drawn?

I asked what now and I need to write a complaint to the complaints department and it probably wont even get read.

Today the info bill might get passed I see hard times ahead as all will be kept as secret.

Big brother is in hiding.
