Almost an HOUR holding on over the phone!!

Yesterday I arrived home to find that our electricity had been turned off. This morning, I've tried phoning the City of Cape Town's electricity department to have my electricity reconnected. I have spent close to an HOUR in total holding on, listening to music. That's airtime down the toilet! Not to mention that I cannot get hold of anyone to assist. This is pathetic, arrogant and unacceptable service.
