| my husband and i have recently purchased a property. Since moving in we have not received any rates accounts. I have tried since November to get this matter corrected and have since 7 days ago sent around four emails and telephoned countless times. My account is being sent to a property in Claremont and i have never resided there, due to this i am now in arrears and only received copies via email a day or two ago. No one will take responsibility. I was advised that my attorneys provided the wrong information which they did not as i forwarded proof thereof to the City of Cape town. I am now currently frustrated and highly upset with this as i can not understand why this can not be sorted. I do not have the time or the money to sit on a telephone or send emails to correct this. This is unsatisfactory service being delivered | |||
