A couple of months ago we bought a car from Citton Cars. We received fantastic service from the time we arrived and started dealing with Charl. Jeanne was the person responsible for the financing documents and explained everything very clearly to us. Upon leaving with the car, Charl said that we could bring the car back for the next service and that we should just contact him and he will set it all up. I thought it was a very nice thing to offer, but cynically I thought that it is too good to be true and come the time that I had to take that car back, there would be terms and conditions and and and... I took the car in yesterday and I have to commend Charl and Citton Cars on the great customer service. I arrived from JHB in the morning, Charl had booked the car in, the workshop knew about it and he had made arrangements for me to be dropped off at a shopping centre and collected when the car was ready. The car was serviced at their cost as promised. Thank you! |
