| HEADLINE | Ciao Baby - first time bad, second time WORSE |

| My hubby and I went to Cia Baby's Bedford one saturday and we were completely ignored, we waited over 30 minutes before we walked out, all the managers did was watch us walk out without even asking what the matter was. Last week Satruday we were really in the mood for a Cia Baby pizza, having been to their other resteraunts we knew their food was good, we decided to give them another try. After 5 minutes we were seated and had our drinks - all was oign well, we placed our order and then all went wrong, we waited 30 minutes for our pizza before the waiter told us it would be another 5 minutes - 10 minutes later the manger (i think) came over and said that they had run out of an ingredient for our pizza and the order would be only 5 minutes - this is after the initial 5 minute delay the waited told us about. After another 10 minutes my husband and i walked out - had they just told us in the begining they were out of stock we could have just changed the order - we will NEVER visit them again. Keep in mind this was a Saturday and they should be geared up for a full resteraunt and not be out of stock of simple items. | |||
