| Yesterday 5th Feb my fiance and i stopped off at your outlet and ordered 4 sliders and 2 popcorns, not a difficult order right?? well before your staff even decided to make it we sat and wated 10mins before complaining only to be told they havent started making it yet, well i can believe that as the 3 ladies and 1 gentlemen in the kitchen were first standing having their little chat and argument about whos gonna make what. eventually 15mins later we get our snack as ordered-we were sit down customers but what a HORRIBLE enviroment to eat in as you have them shouting at each other as though they in a local shebeen!! 2 people which came in AFTER us got their big orders before us!! you need to teach your staff that its etiquette to NOT ARGUE & SHOUT while you have customers in store!! i was so disgusted we left with half our food and ate in the car...in the freaking heat. or you need new management that can control your staff and rremind them that they are NOT IN A SHEEBEEN BUT IN A WORKPLACE!!! | |||
