| I was at Chicken licken bought a meal with no drink cause I don't drink acidic drink due health reasons. As I was enjoying my meal with a 100% juice that I bought at Pick n pay a security guy told me that I cant have it if I didn't buy it at Chicken Licken I then asked him to find out if they do have juice whilst I'm taking out money from my bag. He came back and told me that they have liquid fruit I told him that I cant drink that it's acid still so I asked him what am I suppose to drink. He opted to call his manager, Ms Nhlapho if I have the name right, I told her that I'm seek I don't drink acidic drinks and you guys dont sell 100% juice so what am I suppose to do now, with an attidute she told me that there's nothing she can do (with an attitude, pulling her face) telling me that I cant drink my juice. I bought an R33 n some change meal. I always go to a chicken licken and buy myself a 100% juice at any food shop but they tell me that I cant buy food and drink something else. I am shocked, I am sick cant drink acid but I offered to buy juice I was willing to buy juice with money on my hand but Nhlapho with no sympathy told me I cant drink at her shop. Hello Ntombi08, Thank you for submitting your complaint to us. Unfortunately, it is our company policy not to allow food or drink purchased elsewhere to be consumed in our stores.
