On Tuesday, 27 Dec 2011, at around 16H00, I went to Chicken Licken and ordered a Hot Soul 2 which was priced R19.95 on the board outside. The cashier told me that my money is short and I asked her how come because I gave a R20 note, I was told that the meal costs R21.95. She called her manager, told him what was going on, the guy just went to the board and flipped it to R21.95. I asked him if he could help me, he just told me to pay the system price or get out because I was waisting his time. When I asked him what his name was, he asked what for and I told him I wanted to report the matter and that I did not appreciate his attitude towards me, he threatened to call security for me and he refused to tell me his name, saying I wanted to take chances with him. He then ignored me, wanting to help other customers, I asked him if that's the way he treats his customers and he told me to go to ****! I refuse to be treated this way, my customer rights are being violated and I will not stand it. I demand action against this nameless manager because his attitude stinks and his customer service skills are not up to scratch. Thank you. |
