bad service and attitude

It was my lunch hour and I bought a Hot wings meal take aways only to find out that I was given a wrong order, so I had to walk all the way back to Chicken Licken to complain and only to be given as sorry excuse of an appology by being told that we are all human and we all make mistakes, but they failed to understand that I had to spend my lunch hour going to and from there, instead of eating my meal.

I was so angry that I did not even call the manager because I was also late for work, I believe that this matter could have been handle better instead of me being made to feel like its my responsibility that they made this mistake and be given a sencere apology...
