On Wednesday, 23 November 2011 I bought eleven (11) pieces of chicken at the Chicken Licken located in Zone F, Lebowakgomo, Limpopo. I left the fast food joint in quite a hurry and I did not bother to verify whether or not all 11 pieces were indeed in the box (who does that anyway?). I live quite far from the township of Lebowakgomo and when the time came to tuck in (once I was at the place where I'm currently staying) I realised that I had been given one piece less than what I had paid for. Since I work in construction, where working on weekends is the norm, it so happens that most of my time is spent at work and, as such, I hardly ever get the chance to go anywhere else. Thus I have not had the opportunity to confront the teller or the management of that Chicken Licken outlet about the poor service that I have been given. Please assist me Peter. |
