We arrived at your store on 15/12/2011 at 13:05, our order was placed, we enquired several times as to how long this order will take. We were told, 5 minutes, 5 minutes, 5minutes. At 13:45 when eventually 4 customers started raising there voice, raising concerns, a gentleman from the back comes out and say's, i'm making your order, give me 5 minutes. At that time, from Order No: 129, orders 155 and 156 were already completed. We demanded our refund which the cashier refused to give, and kept on turning there back towards the angry customers, and only then, was the food been prepared. Personally, 4 people demanded a refund, of which i've seen 2 been given, 6 Customers walked out, upon hearing the arguements. Sadly, the receipts were taken back, no refund receipt was given and no trace of the incident. Apart from your store camera's. Your staff attitude was extremely disgraceful and been your regular Wednesday customers who spend an Average of R 150.00 a week on your store, i suggest we go to KFC round the corner or Mochachos opposite the store. I will NEVER buy from Mint Road Chicken Licken again & will surely post this on to others. |
