Well Done Checkers! I wanted a pram that I saw at Checkers in N1 city but could not track one in Johannesburg. I then called up Checkers N1 City and was help by a very efficient Tamryn Ford. Tamryn was a real star and an excellent asset to your company. She stayed in touch for three days and managed to secure a pram at her branch for me. She had gone beyond what I had expected, I am really impressed. While Tamryn kept me a pram at her store I called your service centre and was help by Nomalizo, who promised to contact the buyer and revert to me. Within less than 24 hours Adele called me and confirmed that she had found me a pram in Sandton City. Nomalizo then called me again to ensure that I had found the pram and if I had any further queries. I never expected this kind of service from Checkers. WOW! My collegues and I are supper impressed. I suppose this is why I prefer Checkers to other retailers:) Well done to one and all for service beyond what I ever expected! |
