I Emailed checkers customer service to say that i was not happy with a lamb that i bought and they phoned me back within an hour and apologised profusely saying that it was not acceptable and that It would be handled atthe branch . I then got a call from the Ballito Branch also apologising and offering me a new lamb . see other places would have given me 5 reasons why I was in the wrong or that is just the way the lamb is .SO I am extremely impressed with checkers . if only everyone followed the checkers customer rule or training guide south Africa would be a much better place for consumers. WELDONE CHECKERS you are better and better |
