Just want to say i logged an complaint about my Platinum design 3 in 1 coffee maker on the December 2011 that it doesn't work,Dave called me and a guy in Head office to explain to me how the machine work after an half a hour conversation with the guy at head office and my machine still didn't work so Dave called me and gave me the best service i have EVER see in my life about this machine of mine that does't work,he exchanged the machine and we tested the machine in his personal office.Just want to let checkers know that they must give him and the guy from head office recognition for the BEST service that they gave me. Thanks a lot!!!!! |
