Please can you inform your staff that without customers they would not have work and that they are not doing us favours when serving us. This applies to your Eco Park Branch and checkers Jean Avenue, Centurion. Your staff don't greet, don't smile and quite frankly don't acknowledge that you are there as they are busy talking to other staff while serving you. When you have a complaint everyone looks confused pointing you in another direction (not very professional, that is the whole set up of customer service) I further note that your responses to complaints sounds so awesome, and great on paper. The truth is these are just words with no real action. Unfortunately when you return to the shop it is very clear that nothing has in fact been done about the complaint. It is so sad to see someone making so much money with minimal service that goes with it. A company's vision and mission can sound so great, but whether they actually live up to this is always questionable (great words with no action) and also measurable by the actual complaints received by their paying customers. |

| Not Impressed: Regional Manager contacted me and informed me that the matter will be addressed. As per my initial complaint responses from management are great however in most cases nothing changes. | |||
