I sent money in November or early December last year to a recipient via Money Market. The person failed to collect the money and has lost the ref number. My slip was lost when my bag was stolen. I went to the police stn and signed an affidavid and took my ID to the Kloof St Checkers and requested the ref no. I waited for almost two hours with no joy and was told the person would look through the manual accounts and call me back. I have not been called back. I called again and was told by the manager that the women was out but he would ensure she called on her return. That was yesterday - I guess she hasn't yet returned ? I'd like the reference number IMMEDIATELY so that I can get the money back as I have now given the person the R450 in CASH and am out of pocket. The amount is R450. The date is betwenn 16 Nov and end December 2011. I am NOT making another trip to the branch as this entails a train ride and a local taxi ride two ways plus endless time away from work. |
