| i went to buy airline tickets at checkers, I wrote the details for the cashier on her piece of paper to jot down the correct names and surnames, dates. she repeated the correct dates to me and printed the tickets i then signed. I had to give the travel agent my flight details and then i realised that the info printed was not the same given to the cashier. I went to Checkers to query this and Sharon the manager told me that there's nothing they can do, I told her that as much as the cashier repeated the correct info to me clearly she did not do the correct thing on the system and that she was using a computer which allows human error when moving the cursor and she advised that her cashier will never make a mistake and there's nothing they can do for me. | |||
