Express tills

On the 9th of December I sent in a report about the express tills at the Hyperama in Centurion. I was contacted and promised there will be changes made to make service better. Even management contacted me. It is now almost two months later and NOTHING has changed. Every time I go there, I hear people complaining that they do not know when a cashier is available.

Thank you for bringing to our attention your dissatisfaction with the service you received at Checkers Centurion due to the service at the express tills. I am very concerned about the bad shopping experiences you have had as it is our policy to provide friendly and attentive service. The brand has also worked hard over the past few years to position the Checkers chain as the preferred shopping destination for time-pressed consumers with discerning tastes.
It is therefore very disappointing to learn that Checkers Centurion is neither living up to your expectations, nor to its brand promises. Please accept my apologies on behalf of Checkers.

I have forwarded your complaint to the divisional director in charge of the store in order for the necessary corrective action to be taken. Hennie van Rooyen will ensure that you are contacted to give you feedback on the matter.

Not Impressed: Received a phone call from their head office with the promise that they are waiting for a quote to be approved. 10 days later and still waiting. Propably not important
