Disgusting service and attitude.

Went to purchase at Checkers and while paying the cashier made an error of scanning 1 item(Melon) twice, she then called out to Fortunate(Supervisor) who glanced at us and ignored the cashier, while she walked away to greet some customers and embraced 1 of them who happened to be in the next till.. she carried on with the chit chat until i told her i was waiting for her to come void ....she looked at me without uttering a word not even an apology for her behavior...She could have assisted the cashier who called out for her and went on to continue with her chit chat ... Fortunate there's absolute nothing wrong with greeting customers you know or former colleagues the only concern is while you busy doing that let it not inconvenience some customers and when confronted about it you have a don't care attitude.(Time 15:15:10)...Checkers should provide customer care training cause such behaviour will only drive us to your competition
