| i had a complaint about this checkers before and contact them direct. o my goodness did i have a response. i had people phoning me from their head office from the branch and goodness knows what else. was even promised besides the better service a hamper. well as for the service it was good in sept for about two weeks. got staff greeting the customers and service at all the counters but yes like i say for two weeks and then it all went down hill again. and as for the hamper. what a joke that was once again empty promise to a customer of 26 years at checkers. and guess what if i was the only one complaining i will still say ok mabe its me but every one i know that go there only go there once and then hunt for a pick n pay or spar or woolies. please please please reopen the little falls branch again where we felt welcome and promises were kept | |||

| Quite Impressed: i got a phonecall back from Allensnek Checkers and was insurred that they will for sure stay on top of their service, I really do hope so as it is a lovely shop but the service so far is really much to desire | |||
