Incompetent Staff

Issued a cheque in 2008 for R612.73 and forgot to sign it, Cell number and land line number was written on the back of the cheque as well as ID number. Physical address was printed on the front of the cheque and no one contacted us, now attorneys contact us and demand payment of R1111.85 because of incompetent staff at Windermere Checkers. I'm very angry and will tell everyone about this. I would appreciate a reply to this appaling service.
