Bleep Bleep

I was just at the new Checkers in Ben Fleur Boulevard in Witbank. What a lovely shop! But good grief the Branch Manager Marie (I think that's her name) is upset! I was walking to the till point from the OTHER side of the shop when i heard swearing and shouting. As i neared the till point i could see (and HEAR!) her shouting at 2 staff members. She was dropping the 'f' bomb left right and centre! Something about an ef-ing pick up that costs ef-ing R200! And she asked them if they're ef-ing stupid. Now i am no angel when it comes to language but in front of customers i think it's unprofessional! Not only that, if *I* felt offended can you imagine the bunch of mothers standing there with their children? My Word!

I think when dealing with staff, if you cannot chose your words carefully and use your inside voice, take them for a walk or give yourself 20min to calm down! But i felt very embarrassed and awkward being there when she was carrying on like the Wild Woman fro Borneo! I just wanted to get out of there!

Quite Impressed: Although i haven't heard the final conclusion of this matter i'm quite impressed that they responded so quickly. A lot of people shrug off things like this where the actual product wasn't damaged/off! I believe that if you respect your staff, your staff will respect you. How would this Branch Manager like it if HER boss walked in and started swearing at her and calling her ef-ing stupid in front of all HER peers? I'm thinking she won't be happy.
