I have had a cellphone contract with two major cellphone providers of SA - respectively for 6 years and then 2 years. Since I moved to Midrand, I didn't get proper voice and data coverage with either. Calls were lost, and hours were spent waiting for internet connections, that were slow when they came. And then, 2 months ago, I got a Cell C month-to-month contract. Suddenly, I don't have lost calls anymore; and when I use the internet, it works well. On top of this, the rates are cheaper than with any other provider I'd used. So, why would I pay more elsewhere for downright bad service, if I can get better for cheaper. It's a simple formula. Cell C works. |
