I went shopping for a data card at wonderpark mall. I went to your competiotors first and I wasn't happy about what they were offering. They just gave me a pice of paper and said I must go through the product list and said I must call them if I find what I am looking for. I then decided to go to Cell C and used the touch screen to see what they have available. A lady Called Hazel gerreted me with a smile and helped me to pick up a prepaid package that suits my requirements. She also checked the coverage map first and explained in detail what I will be getting. When I asked her questions about data and usage in general she answered in detail. I am in the IT industry an I was very impressed to be assisted by someone who knew what I was talking about. Hazel is a Star. Tell her to keep up the good work. |
