I would like to thank Cell C, especially Blanche Opperman, for the quick and friendly help I received regarding a misunderstanding. I thought Cell C was deducting the wrong amount off my account, because there was another random name on my statements. Blanche explained to me what I must do and how to go about it. I now see I was wrong for jumping to conclusions. I just freaked out, because I'm very paranoid when it comes to *****, since I've been a victim thereof before. Thank you for your assistance Blanche. |
