On the 4th of Jan I posted a complaint on HelloPeter with regards to pathetic service from CellC. I was actually surprised by the prompt response that I received and my queries (thoses that could be resolved) were addressed instantly. Thank you Blanche for your urgent assistance. But this raises a question, how can one department be so efficient and the others particularly call centre and cellc shops be so pathetic in terms of service. Please standardise your service quality. But for now...I'm indifferent but impressed with sense of urgency from Blanche and her team |
