Good day

Kindly assist me with the above communication with CELL C ,
My wife (id 8508140326087) had a contract with Cell of which she never used they service and the contract elapsed after 24 month, she inform cell c telephonically that they must terminate her contract, that was note done, she started reversing the debit order made by cell c, then i logged a complain on helo peter thinking that the matter will be resolved, Blanche Opperman was assigned to the matter as per communication attached, but still my wife's account is still being debited by cell c.
I have logged complain with ICASA regarding the matter, cell c still money from my wife.
