I sent in my new phone on the 10th Dec for repair.. This is now the second time and its only a few months old. I am still waiting for them to repair it after more than 5 weeks. The Cell C follow up person phoned me about 2 weeks ago to check if I was satisfied with the repair and would I give a number between 1 and 10 on what I thought of their service.Well seeing I am still waiting I gave them a 0 . She did a trace and said that it had been delivered to the branch on the 30th Dec. The branch confirmed that it shows it was delivered but they can't find it and will phone me when it is found. Guess wha,t I am still WAITING. I complained to Hello Peter on the 12 Dec about having a new phone repaired twice and also sent a complaint to the CPA. Am I being punished? or is this just normal service for CellC |

| Utterly Disgusted: Beside the auto reply CellC generate to all complaints, I have heard nothing. I have now waited over 6 weeks to get my cell phone back. The most PATHETIC service I have ever endured. Please let my contract run swiftly so I never have to endure this rubbish again. | |||
