| HEADLINE | Faulty SD cards replaced, no quibbles! |

| I'd recently purchased, on contract, 2 Samsung Galaxy S phones. The micro-SD cards that came with the phones turned out to be faulty within hours of activating the phones (possibly a bad batch of cards from Sandisk). I took the micro SD cards back to Cell C in Canal Walk, and after a short test, I was assured that they would be sent back to Samsung for replacement. A few days later, I received a call from the nice person at the branch to say that the cards were ready for collection. I love the fact that a) I didn't have to send the entire phone back, just the faulty SD cards, and b) it was done with no quibbling back and forth. Very nice service! Thank you! | |||
