EXCELLENT CLIENT SERVICE

I received a call from cell c's collection department 2 months ago stating that the contract was still active and that the Account was in arrears and it will be listed in ITC even after a letter off cancellation was sent more than 1 year ago, We called cell c over a period of 2 months and to our frustration received
No help , every time we called in the consultant would tell us to call back a week later , I even got to a point where I was totally Fed up , I even requested to speak to a manager , I was put through to a very rude and incompetent team leader a month ago Who told me that he cannot assist or do anything for me which I ended up having an argument with and I just put the phone down cause I was getting no were with him , after speaking to him I wanted to go the ombudsman and from that time up until I spoke to Denver I just gave up on cell c. I would like to thank Denver for his prompt assistance , Your service was excellent, your mannerism was Outstanding , you were very professional and friendly , you kept your promise to resolve my query and you Did not leave me in the loop to imagine whats going on.I must say you really handled my query with so much of integrity ,

Quite Impressed: The team leader Denver Naidu took ownership off my query , He took the time to understand and listen to my
frustration and promised to resolve my query WHICH THE PREVIOUS TEAM LEADER FAILED TO DO.
I request that the previous team leader be investigated as to way he refused to assist .
